Flexcellent is a permanent lubrication system for flexible rotary shafts that was developed by S.S. White to extend endurance life.

It is a combination of "Dry Film Lubricant" and aerospace grade grease applied in a way to ensure the longest possible life of the flexible shaft.

It is being used successfully in aerospace applications where it significantly reduces downtime and repair and maintenance costs.

The graph shows how a FLEXCELLENT permanently lubricated flexible shaft has a lower temperature rise, after several hours of cycling at 1000 rpm, than an identical flexible shaft lubricated with the typical industry standard aerospace grease.

The temperature rise of the FLEXCELLENT permanently lubricated flexible shaft is approximately 25% less than the greased flexible shaft.

This translates into a flexible shaft that will have less wear and a longer endurance life.
