Education-Tuiton Reimbursement
The company encourages its employees to continue their education and may reimburse them for the bulk of the cost of eligible courses, seminars or workshops.
​
In some cases, attendance at seminars or workshops on job-related subjects for employees will be approved and completely paid for by management.
​
Courses must be job-related and prior written approval should be obtained from your supervisor before attending.
​
Employees must have one continuous year of service in order to be eligible.
​
A minimum grade of a "B" is required.
​
If all the criteria are met, the company may reimburse up to eighty percent.
